Your new role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, drive digital transformation, and enhance operational efficiency across business units. Ideal candidates will have strong project management experience, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and a background in insurance or financial services.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines. Ensure successful delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the business owner to align stakeholder expectations.
• Apply agile principles to project management.
• Engage with business, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct testing and validation as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management/business analyst experience on transformation projects, preferably in insurance companies.
• Strong in project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g., PMP, SDLC, Agile, etc.) from initiation to project delivery.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and communicate business requirements with different stakeholders.
• Good storytelling and communication skills with management.
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
