The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Director of Consulting to lead our new Hong Kong practice.
You'll hold end-to-end accountability for the consulting business in-region - from market strategy and client acquisition to delivery governance, financial performance and practice leadership. This is a rare opportunity to establish and shape a new consulting brand in one of the world's most dynamic markets, backed by an established global group with deep Financial Services relationships.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the market strategy for Hong Kong and wider Asia
Develop propositions and originate opportunities through your own network and in collaboration with group client teams
Take ownership of the P&L, including forecasting, pricing, utilisation, margin management and investment planning
Provide executive sponsorship and governance for all engagements, ensuring successful, high-quality delivery
Establish standards for delivery excellence, client satisfaction and risk management
Build and mentor a high-performing team, embedding scalable processes and shaping the firm's consulting culture across Asia
What We're Looking For
Extensive consulting experience in technology, change or transformation within Financial Services in Hong Kong or Asia
Proven success in P&L or business-unit ownership, ideally within a start-up or scale-up consulting environment
Track record of winning, structuring and delivering complex client programmes
Strong governance, quality assurance and stakeholder management skills
Experience in building or leading a practice or service line, including proposition and talent development
