  • Transaction Execution: Managing financial due diligence for various clients during buy-side and sell-side engagements.
  • Financial Analysis: Performing detailed analysis of financial statements and operational data to assess trends, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow.
  • Risk Identification: Identifying potential risks and liabilities, such as accounting or tax issues, that could impact the transaction.
  • Reporting: Creating reports that communicate key findings, risks, and valuation impacts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Coordinating the due diligence process, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, with clients and other advisors.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis for portfolio companies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognised university
  • Around 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Due Diligence gained from Big 4 firms and or large multinational companies
  • Excellent command of English
