We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our client's Cross-Border Retail Business Hong Kong Team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and building a holistic cross-border wealth management platform.

Salary: Up to HKD 72,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Cross-Border Retail Business team to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to generate new revenue and improve cost efficiency.
- Enhance customer experience and service quality for cross-border clients.
- Oversee operational processes, risk management, and compliance controls.
- Continuously improve sales tools, procedures, channels, and staff productivity.
- Optimize resource allocation to support business growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Must hold valid HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 licenses.
- Prior experience as a Team Head or Branch Manager in retail banking with cross-border client exposure is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
- Pleasant, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
