A global investment management firm, driven by technology and data, is expanding its Procurement team in Hong Kong. The team supports high-performance procurement operations across multiple regions, ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery management.
  Key Responsibilities:  
  - Support daily procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics coordination for the APAC region and globally.
  - Request and review supplier quotes, place orders via the procurement system, and manage delivery logistics.
  - Ensure accurate receipting of goods and resolve invoice-related inquiries with the Accounts Payable team.
  - Collaborate with the procurement manager and global teams to execute tasks, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  - Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with procurement-related documentation and systems (e.g., Coupa, DocuSign).
  
  Requirements:  
  - 3–5 years of procurement experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
  - Strong understanding of procurement processes, particularly in IT, professional services, and indirect categories.
  - Experience in APAC procurement, including regional complexities and supplier negotiations.
  - Fluent in English (very good level required) and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
  - Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and eSignature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
  - Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
