Summery:
Our client is an HK headquartered enterprise, an innovation pioneer with a strong committment to evolve and invest in latest technologies.
This is a strategic and senior management role with an enterprise. You will serve as the functional head of the department encompassing a group of tech-savvy engineers/ developers to design, develop, adopt and implement AI and cutting-edge digital solutions into the enterprise for achieveing key businses goals, including the enhancement of operational efficiency, improvement of business user experience and other core objectives, contributing to transforming and evolving the enterprise.
Requirements: - Engage with key and senior stakeholders across business verticals to capture their pain points, challenges and expectations to facilitate the ideation of digital solutions and AI use-case
- Define technology roadmaps per business objectives and define the adoption plan for new technologies (e.g., AI, data lakes, IoT) to boost business values
- Cultivate and foster a culture of AI adoption, to drive improvements on development efficiency
- Contribute to building new teams along the business expansion to facilitate the enterprises R&D needs in the future
- Manage the development and project lifecycles of AI and digital solutions
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Holder of PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL preferred
- Over 15 years of experience in IT management, with track records of building new teams and leading the development of digital solutions and AI technologies
- Demonstrates good leadership and people management capability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
