Key Responsibilities 
   Client Operations & Support   
 - Act as the main contact for the Hong Kong Wholesale teams, handling client and internal inquiries.
  - Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and distributors by coordinating with internal teams.
  - Respond to client requests, including preparing reports, account setups, and trade queries.
  - Provide regular fund updates to clients and oversee corporate action notifications.
  - Manage internal systems (e.g., CRM, Salesforce) for fund registration and product tasks.
  - Support the sales team with reports, data, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
  - Assist with marketing tasks such as database management, translations, compliance approvals, and promotional materials.
  
  Sales & Marketing Support   
 - Help the sales team meet targets by promoting fund products to clients and prospects.
  - Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
  - Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and regulations.
  - Assist with planning and execution of client events.
  
  Qualifications   
 - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in sales support, client service, or operations.
  - Asset management or private banking experience preferred.
  - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  - Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  - Positive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
