Key Responsibilities



Client Operations & Support

  • Act as the main contact for the Hong Kong Wholesale teams, handling client and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and distributors by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Respond to client requests, including preparing reports, account setups, and trade queries.
  • Provide regular fund updates to clients and oversee corporate action notifications.
  • Manage internal systems (e.g., CRM, Salesforce) for fund registration and product tasks.
  • Support the sales team with reports, data, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as database management, translations, compliance approvals, and promotional materials.


Sales & Marketing Support

  • Help the sales team meet targets by promoting fund products to clients and prospects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and regulations.
  • Assist with planning and execution of client events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in sales support, client service, or operations.
  • Asset management or private banking experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
