  • Develop and implement an effective narrative strategy for ERP communication and engagement, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Identify communication needs, key stakeholders, and required materials and tools, alongside creating implementation plans.
  • Design and execute events, campaigns, and activities to raise awareness and engagement around ERP initiatives.

  • Coordinate messaging across various communication channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communication strategy and engagement within large-scale, complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and activate comprehensive communication strategies that guide organizations through transformational change.
  • Experience in the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
Technical / Functional Competencies:
  • Certification and training in communications.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging communication platforms.
