The organization operates internationally, providing services spanning advisory, financing, capital markets, corporate and investment banking to clients across all continents.
  The Team 
 You will join a dynamic Network Security team dedicated to maintaining a robust security posture across the organization. This team works closely with various departments to implement advanced security solutions, monitor network activities, and manage threat responses, supporting the institutions AML and Transaction Monitoring processes.
  The Role 
  - Design, implement, and maintain security architectures within the network environment.
  - Lead initiatives to strengthen network security controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  - Collaborate with AML and Transaction Monitoring teams to identify and mitigate cyber risks.
  - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to uncover potential security gaps.
  - Monitor network traffic and security events to detect and respond to incidents promptly.
  - Provide technical guidance and expertise to business units and IT teams on network security best practices.
  
  The Requirements 
  - Proven experience in network security roles within the financial sector or related industries.
  - Strong knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity.
  - Expertise in network architecture, firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
  - Solid understanding of security protocols, encryption, and vulnerability management tools.
  - Excellent analytical skills to assess risks and propose effective security solutions.
  - Ability to communicate complex security concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
