My client is a top-tier, reputable and large Chinese Bank; their Hong Kong Branch is now actively seeking a new talented Private Banking Relationship Manager . This is an exciting new headcount opportunity within a high-growth team, offering the chance to contribute to the expansion of premium wealth management services for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  JOB DUTIES: 
   - Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), delivering tailored private banking solutions to meet their financial goals.
  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client acquisition, networking, and referrals, while retaining and deepening existing client portfolios.
  - Provide expert advisory services on wealth management products, including investment strategies, structured finance, estate planning, and cross-border solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  - Collaborate with internal product specialists, credit teams, and global counterparts to design customized offerings and facilitate seamless execution.
  - Conduct regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and market updates, with frequent travel to Mainland China to support regional client engagement and business development.
  - Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs to recommend proactive adjustments, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  - Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, risk assessments, and performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery and risk mitigation.
  
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
   - Mid-to-senior level experience (5+ years) as a Private Banking Relationship Manager, with a proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and asset gathering from reputable Chinese banks.
  - Strong understanding of cross-border wealth management for Chinese HNWIs, including familiarity with offshore banking products, RMB services, and Greater Bay Area opportunities.
  - Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (both written and spoken) is essential
  - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and travel frequently to Mainland China
  - Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or HKMA licensing; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
