Job Description & Responsibilities This role is part of the Client Services team, responsible for engaging with a diverse global client base, including retail investors, advisors, and broker-dealers. The team focuses on building long-term relationships through responsive and high-quality service, while supporting the firm's technology-driven and self-service business model.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to client inquiries through various channels such as email, support tickets, live chat, and phone
  • Gaining proficiency in proprietary trading platforms and administrative tools to guide clients effectively
  • Assisting clients in understanding the full trading lifecycle, including funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and account reconciliation
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal departments such as Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, and Clearing to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications & Skills Core Competencies:
  • Solid understanding of financial products including equities, options, futures, and FX
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a strong advantage)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or financial services preferred (exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Preferably licensed under Hong Kong SFC for RA Type 1, 2, or 3, or willing to obtain the license shortly after joining
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg, UNIX, or basic programming is a plus
  • Candidates with experience in client services, middle/back office operations, compliance, electronic trading, or fund administration will be prioritized
