We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Officer, Wealth.

In this role you will:
  • Assist in daily operations tasks of both onshore and GSC located in China to ensure meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Schedule of Services (SoS) requirement agreed with the internal clients. The Officer should be able to detect problems proactively and provide solutions quickly; and report any foreseeable operations and compliance problems.
  • Monitors the performance of the GSC located in China. Provide detail procedure, guidance and link up GSC in executing daily tasks effectively. Where applicable, involve in resources planning of GSC to deal with surge of volume and contingency situations.
  • Prepare management reports and perform data consolidation and analysis.
  • Participate in projects, conduct user acceptance test (UAT) and ad-hoc duties. Review workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce the potential operational risks and recommend cost savings idea.
  • Attend to enquiries, feedback from internal customers and business partners tactfully.
  • Conduct reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts/Suspense Account balances or other internal records and scrutinize discrepancies.
  • Handle various administrative duties such as record searching, inventory control, and retrieval of source documents, etc.


To be successful you will need:
  • Good understanding of HK securities and unit trust industry and possess adequate level of knowledge in HK securities and unit trust. Understanding of market convention and practice is must.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and business counterparts.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, best with oral Mandarin.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Words and Outlook.
  • Familiar with the operations of GHSS and unit trust related systems.
