About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our clients busy C-suite team. This is a dynamic, flexible role that combines traditional EA duties with occasional ad-hoc support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will thrive in managing both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Experience : Strictly 4–7 years in a PA/EA role, supporting senior executives (C-suite level preferred). Candidates outside this range will not be considered.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Travel : Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to London for business trips (fully expensed, typically 1–3 days per trip, a few times per year).
- Degree: Must have a Degree
Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for executives, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and detailed itinerary planning.
- Handle personal administrative tasks, such as contract renewals, document management, and other ad-hoc personal errands.
- Provide seamless support to the C-suite during high-pressure periods, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Due to the role's flexibility, occasionally assist the receptionist with front-desk duties (e.g., greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, or light office coordination) on an ad-hoc basis.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
