Product Assistant Manager (Personal Loan)

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and execution of strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead the development, design, and launch of new loan products and features, particularly in personal loan.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of existing loan products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Use data-driven insights to refine credit policies and risk strategies, focusing on improving acceptance rates, profitability, and portfolio growth.
• Optimize digital loan application, approval, and disbursement processes to enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives to ensure impact and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management/ lending.
• Proficiency in data analysis with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, managing products, or fostering partnerships.
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly and develop actionable plans.
• A natural inclination for exploring new ideas and solving problems.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
