We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects and programmes across various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering business value on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to manage cross-functional teams, define programme strategies, oversee project lifecycles, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery. A key responsibility includes acting as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams to drive project performance and consistency across deliverables. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Defining and managing project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives * Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations * Managing dependencies and critical path activities * Monitoring and reporting on programme progress to stakeholders and senior leadership * Ensuring compliance with project governance standards and quality assurance protocols * Facilitating change management processes and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage * Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in programme or project management roles * Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or MSP are highly desirable * Strong leadership, organisational and planning skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously * Experience working in a matrix organisation and managing multi-disciplinary teams * Solid understanding of project management tools and software applications This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
