We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee key initiatives within the insurance industry. Based in the heart of Hong Kong Island, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of strategic and operational projects, ensuring integration, compliance, and alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across technology, operations, underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record of project delivery within insurance or financial services, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The position requires the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while adapting to fast-changing business priorities and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and deliver projects in line with scope, budget, and timeline requirements. * Coordinate cross-departmental resources and manage third-party vendors as required. * Develop project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and risk registers. * Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and escalating where necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and industry regulations. * Engage regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. * Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field. * 5+ years of project management experience within the insurance or financial services industry. * Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum is preferred. * Excellent command of written and spoken English * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels. * Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset. * Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA or equivalent. * Sound knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.
