We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify requirements, evaluate business processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance performance and support decision-making. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations and project lifecycles. You should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define and document workflows, use cases, and business rules * Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement * Support project management efforts by tracking deliverables and timelines * Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and insights to key stakeholders * Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations * Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business analysis or similar role * Strong understanding of business structures, operations, and systems * Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines * Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is preferred * Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus Location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong
