We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Kowloon, Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and coordinate technology projects across various stages of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives that meet the business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. You will also be expected to apply best practices in project management, risk assessment, and change control processes to facilitate project success. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and finalise IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. * Define project scope, goals, tasks, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines. * Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure communication is clear and effective throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. * Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, and costs. * Ensure adherence to company and industry standards throughout all phases of implementations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years' project management experience in IT sector, preferably with enterprise-level systems. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. * Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence). * Ability to effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
