Responsibilities:

  • Take overall charge of promoting public and private fundraising work and formulate practical fundraising strategies.
  • Actively develop and deeply maintain cooperative relationships with various financial institutions such as family offices, overseas banks and sovereign funds, and establish a long-term and stable LP resource network.
  • Lead public relations efforts, securing media coverage in key local and regional publications.
  • In-depth study and judge the investment preferences and risk demands of potential LPs, tailor differentiated fundraising plans and product promotion materials, and improve the success rate of cooperation negotiations.
  • Collaborate with investment, risk control, legal and other teams to efficiently promote the full process of fund-raising projects and ensure the smooth arrival of funds.
  • Ensure all fundraising strategies and activities, particularly those involving structured products or investments, are in full compliance with Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) and regulations set by Hong Kong SFC.
  • Continuously track the dynamics of global capital markets, policies, regulations and industry trends, regularly output professional analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's fundraising decisions.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in marketing, communications, and fundraising, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Holder of Hong Kong SFC Type 9 license (Asset Management).
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing strategies that have significantly grown revenue from both private and public fundraising streams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
