Investment Associate (Private Equity)

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research, attend investor conferences, and participate in meetings with external parties.
• Provide strategic support on new business development.
• Monitor existing investments and track the financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
• Assist the team in formulating investment recommendations.
• Conduct reference calls and prepare pitch decks for potential investments.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Private Equity-related investments within asset management, consulting, investment advisory, or family office environments. Experience with private equity firms or institutional investors is highly valued.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent research, financial modeling, analytical, and valuation capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
