Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining and evolving the strategic vision for the Group AI Platform, ensuring alignment with the bank's broader AI Strategy and business priorities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business users to translate their needs into a scalable product roadmap.
- Support the platform's value proposition, user experience, and product lifecycle management.
- Participate in steering committees, leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions as the product representative.
- Prioritize platform capabilities, including model development tooling, feature stores, MLOps pipelines, governance layers, and AI observability frameworks.
- Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and iterative delivery in partnership with technical leads and scrum teams.
- Assist in regulatory, audit, and internal risk reviews related to AI platform capabilities.
Minimum Experience and Key Competencies: - 5-8 years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise technology, data platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong technical understanding of modern ML lifecycle tools (e.g., model training, CI/CD, orchestration, feature stores, monitoring).
- Experience in leading cross-functional product development in complex, matrixed environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory compliance in AI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is a plus.
