Responsibilities Project governance and standards
- Define and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Establish a project governance framework to guide projects.
- Ensure projects follow company policies and procedures.
Portfolio management
- Oversee the entire project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and managing resource allocation to maximize value.
- Ensure all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Evaluate project proposals and monitor overall portfolio performance.
Project execution and monitoring
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Analyze financial data, including budgets and resource allocation, for all projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Reporting and communication
- Report project performance, budget outlines, and financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient communication and information flow between departments.
- Maintain documentation of project history for future reference.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree holder from a globally renowned university
- At least 8 years of proven experience gained from large companies, with solid business PMO exposure
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
