Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business workflows and supported application systems.
- Investigate issues by reviewing logs, code, and databases.
- Manage incidents and act as an escalation point for clients.
- Collaborate with development teams and maintain support documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business language.
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting (Python required).
- Familiarity with Java and relational databases.
- Analytical and debugging skills; ability to take ownership of issues.
- Teamplayer with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fresh graduates in Computer Science or related fields.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in application or production support.
