Talent Acquisition Manager - Insurance / Banking / Financial Services - up to 55k
I'm currently helping our client looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team in HK.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a high-performing recruitment team to design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes for campus graduates and experienced professionals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor / recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies, cycle timing, interview coaching, best-practice frameworks, and emerging sourcing trends.
- Manage relationships with specialist recruitment agencies for niche roles and secondment placements, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
- Build and amplify employer brand across diverse digital and traditional channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Provide specialized support for talent sourcing and onboarding across Southeast Asia entities, ensuring regional compliance and cultural alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including recruitment process optimization, assessment tool redesign, workflow digitalization, and automation projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a strong preference for candidates from banking or insurance or financial services.
- Deep expertise in candidate assessment methodologies, hiring analytics, and recruitment technology.
- Thorough understanding of Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and related labour regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
