Product Manager - (Legal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the firm professionally in communications with stakeholders including fund directors, clients, partners, and service providers.
• Lead client onboarding and relationship management from initial interest through ongoing engagement.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate documentation for new product launches (SMAs and funds), including offering memorandums, brokerage agreements, and investment management agreements.
• Manage documentation related to ongoing client relationships (e.g., side letters).
• Coordinate Operational Due Diligence processes with investors and counterparties.
• Draft and negotiate various legal and operational agreements (NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, etc.).
• Support product development through research and analysis.
• Assist in planning and executing product-related initiatives and projects.
• Support board meeting preparations and maintain investor records and virtual data rooms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above; law degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management or legal roles related to financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
• Native fluency in spoken and written English.
