Job Purpose: Supervise the team to promote/ cross insurance products to new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls. Monitor and control the outbound and inbound all activities in order to achieve the business targets and ensure all telemarketing executives are comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities: - Set objectives to telemarketing staff and monitor their performance so as to achieve the sales achievements.
- Monitor the job efficiency, achieve the goals and manage the manpower planning.
- Conduct performance reviews with telemarketing executives on a regular basis, provide feedback and counselling through call monitoring. In case of any irregularities detected, escalate to Senior Manager, Insurance Business.
- Handle and resolve complaints in accordance with prevailing complaint handling procedures and working with related department.
- Provide training to the telemarketing executives for handling outbound calls efficiently and independently.
- Support daily operations, call leads management and prepare all necessary reports to various stakeholders.
- Ensure all telemarketing staff are comply with the internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements
Incumbent Requirements: - University degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in management insurance selling, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
- Professional licensing on IIQE Paper 1 & 2 is essential.
- Good in sales motivation and people management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skill in both English and Chinese.
