Responsibilities of the role:
- Preparation and running of Senior Stakeholder governance meetings
- Managing and resolution of key program risks and issues
- Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritization in line with current supply/demand
- Involved with governance of projects and ensuring high quality process management.
- Working closely with the CIO on the strategic roadmap of the delivery from a project management office perspective.
Requirements of the role:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects and manage time and tasks effectively and independently.
- Experience in financial services. Ideally investment banking, but retail/corporate banking would be considered, as would insurance/FinTech.
- Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
- Previous and proven experience in process management, program tracking, governance, budgeting etc.
