Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the Change & Transformation contract desk with a focus on mid-to-senior placements across insurance and broader financial services.
* Develop and execute business development strategies to build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for contract hiring solutions.
* Mentor, coach, and manage junior consultants, ensuring consistent delivery, high performance, and professional development.
* Drive candidate acquisition strategies, including mapping talent pools, headhunting, and building a strong contractor community.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultancy around hiring trends within the Change & Transformation space.
* Oversee full 360 recruitment processes - from sourcing, interviewing, and placement to ongoing contractor care and relationship management.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to scale the practice, set desk targets, and achieve long-term growth objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile

* Currently working on a *Change & Transformation contract desk* in Hong Kong, ideally with *5-6 years of experience*.
* Deep understanding of the *insurance sector* and/or wider financial services.
* Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering consistent contractor placements.
*Second priority:*
* Experienced recruiter from *any contract desk* with transferable skills and a desire to specialise in Change & Transformation.
* Strong business development background and ability to build a new desk or expand an existing one.
*Third priority:*
* High-potential recruiter with a *can-do attitude* who learns quickly and is ready to step up into a manager role.
