Principal Responsibilities - Formulate and implement broker sales strategic plans to achieve insurance business targets by collaboration with brokers
- Collaborate with various brokers to identify customers' financial needs and business opportunities
- Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with brokers, and co-ordinate professional services that satisfy the business needs of brokers
- Provide professional onsite support for broker sales teams on pre-case preparation, post-case evaluation, underwriting and operation to enhance closing ratio
- Assist to implement the Group's/ Bank's compliance policy to ensure adequate compliance resources are properly in place with training provided
- Develop master plan to devise the business support requirements and leverage on internal and external connections to deliver effective and specialized insurance support to facilitate broker channel to achieve the insurance AOP targets
- Plan and direct related marketing strategies and product tactics to achieve sales target and maximize profitability for the broker channel
Requirements - University degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' insurance sales/ business development experience, preferably with exposure in insurance broker business
- Experience in Broker, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, PRC exposure, law or trust background preferred
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
- Mature and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
- Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English is required
- Good market sense with strong understanding on the insurance industry
- Sound knowledge in life insurance proposition concept and product knowledge
