Your new role

  • Support core IT operations and infrastructure, aligning with group-level strategy while supporting BU's level.

  • Oversee daily IT operations including servers, networks, storage, and data centres.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Design and maintain network solutions (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall).
  • Manage IT policies, documentation, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT infrastructure management, 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and security.
  • Experience in IT service management and data centre operations.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
