Business Analyst – Life Insurance Policy Administration (2-Year Contract)

Our client, a top-tier insurance provider, is embarking on a major transformation of its policy administration systems and seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support this high-impact initiative. This role is suited for professionals with deep life insurance knowledge and proven experience in policy administration. It begins as a 2-year contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
As a Business Analyst , your will be responsible for the following:-

- Conduct business process analysis to identify and implement operational improvements in policy administration
- Elicit, document, and validate user requirements in alignment with project objectives
- Collaborate with IT teams, testers, and business users through UAT and implementation phases
- Review and refine system design documentation; support training and rollout activities
- Manage issues, risks, and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders
To be considered for the role of Business Analyst , you possess the following:-

- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong domain expertise in Life Insurance
- Solid understanding of Policy Administration systems and workflows
- Experience in system revamp or large-scale transformation projects
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Immediate availability preferred
