Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on asset management products, especially offshore public funds, industry developments, market trends, and regulatory guidance
- Responsible for product planning, design, development, and implementation
- Manage the full lifecycle of existing products
- Carry out other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at offshore asset management institutions, with direct experience in offshore public fund products. Cross-border product experience is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities, with solid data analysis skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities, with a collaborative spirit. Detail-oriented, responsible, and diligent
