As a result of their continued growth in their business, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Manager (VP level) - Information Technology (Network & Information Security) to join their firm, specializing in corporate finance, capital markets, and cross-border investments in the region. In this role, you will deliver expert legal advice on high-value transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring, while fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams, external counsel, and our Mainland PRC parent entity.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a high-performing network and information security team in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, efficient computer networks that drive business success.
- Craft and roll out robust security policies, procedures, and standards to shield our IT infrastructure and valuable data assets from emerging risks.
- Conduct thorough security audits, vulnerability assessments, and targeted remediation to proactively mitigate threats and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to expertly manage security incidents, delivering swift incident response and effective fixes.
- Build and refine incident response, disaster recovery, and IT business continuity plans to keep operations resilient against cyber threats and disruptions.
- Serve as the go-to expert and single point of contact for all IT security and audit matters, fostering trust across the organization.
- Tackle ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership to support evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in network and information security management, ideally within financial institutions.
- Proven track record in information security and technology risk management.
- Strong technical proficiency across operating systems, servers, and networking equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT technologies, security protocols, data protection, cybersecurity, cloud security, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional analytical mindset paired with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to influence and inspire.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
