We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to represent the full suite of KPMG People Services offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships across key accounts and target clients.
Key Responsibilities 1. Relationship and Pipeline Management
- Collaborate with team leads to develop and implement client relationship strategies, including planning and executing touchpoint actions to strengthen client engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of KPMG People Services solutions to identify initiatives relevant to key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Proactively source new business opportunities and follow up on leads by understanding client imperatives and leveraging marketing initiatives.
2. Account Planning and Management
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining a detailed relationship matrix, tracking account business issues, and overseeing a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of key account priorities and work with the team to implement strategic growth objectives.
- Facilitate the development, strategy, and execution of both internal meetings and external client deliverables, including pursuit documents, credential lists, and meeting agendas.
- Leverage knowledge of KPMG People Services solutions and thought leadership to recommend relevant programs, events, and initiatives to clients.
3. Go-to-Market Initiatives
- Coordinate market initiatives, including campaigns, events, and the development of thought leadership publications and materials.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaboration partners to support business growth.
Experience & Background - Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; proactive, hard-working, and resilient.
- Self-motivated and creative, with the ability to manage multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to various working styles of senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite plus AI to support sales lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
