Your new role
- Act as the primary contact for private bank / HNW teams, handling client enquiries and operational matters.
- Manage onboarding processes for new distributors and clients, including documentation and due diligence.
- Prepare client reports, fund updates, and assist with trade-related queries.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including presentations, data analysis, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient operating procedures and ensure compliance with marketing materials.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree with 3+ years of experience in sales support, client service, or operations in private banking / asset management.
- Familiarity with asset management or private banking industry preferred.
- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently under pressure.
