We're looking for a capable candidate to provide support to the HR Relationship Management Team for our banking client with details as below,
Responsibilities:

- Act as a proactive business partner on various HR services including, but not limited to employee relations, performance management, annual compensation review, learning and talent management, reward, exit management etc.
- Be an Employee advocate to build employee outreach/feedback channels and HR programs to enhance employee engagement
- Provide professional HR advisory and solutions across the whole range of HR activities
- Manage processes so as to uphold the productivity and compliance with internal and external regulation or guidelines
- Participate in various assigned HR projects
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience experience in an HR generalist role.
- Ability to build strong relationship with clients and provide effective HR advice and solutions to business managers
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent planning skills and execution capability
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent MS Office PC skills ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
