We are seeking a Digital Tech Lead to join an MNC Insurance client. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Digital technology, with strong experience in Cloud, digital platforms, and an understanding of technical APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the solution engineering and estimations based on the business requirements
- Participate in key projects for expansion of the business to ensure seamless implementation
- Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to solve technical issues
- Manage the vendors and internal off-shore teams for development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Actively manage risks and issues related to the project and provide status updates to the relevant stakeholders
- Provide support to the Key stakeholders / Hotlines for day-to-day enquiries
- Involve in system development lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing support
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Digital Transformation within Insurance industry
- Good knowledge of Mobile App, Web Applications, Cloud platform, DevOps tools and modern JavaScript frameworks (angular, react, node.js, etc.) are definitely an advantage
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration to enhance system interoperability
- Experience working on digital platforms (e.g., customer portals, service platforms, or mobile applications).
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Cantonese is a MUST
