Responsibilities: - Perform data input of merchant information.
- Perform merchant pre-signing checking via relevant government websites.
- Contact banks and merchants to ensure accurate and sufficient information are provided upon merchant account application.
- Arrange terminal installation, relocation & collection by coordinating with banks, terminal vendors & merchants.
- Perform reconciliation to ensure the figures between member banks and terminal acquirers are correct.
- Perform filing for documentation at both onsite and offsite storage.
- Perform office administrative tasks, e.g. purchase of stationery, maintain proper record of office inventory and keep close contact with property management on general office maintenance.
- Assist supervisor to compile monthly statistical reports for management review.
Qualifications: - Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education holder, or holder of associate degree, higher diploma or degree from a tertiary institution
- Good planning and organizing skills, strong communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, possesses good interpersonal skill and a good team player
- Good command in both oral and written English and Chinese
- Proficient PC in common software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
