Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily IT Operations meetings to review and track changes and issues.
  • Evaluate and approve change requests; coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Monitor change request progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures; deliver annual user training.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports.

  • Conduct monthly review meetings with IT, Development, and Governance teams.
  • Ensure incident management processes and documentation are kept current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Service Management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, databases, systems, and networks.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
