What You'll Do: - Conduct new client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event assessments in line with UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update internal systems with client documentation and information.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Account Management, and Operations throughout the review lifecycle.
- Respond to internal inquiries and manage ad hoc requests with precision and professionalism.
- Adapt to regulatory and policy changes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Deliver high-quality work under pressure, maintaining throughput and accuracy.
What You Bring: - Exceptional attention to detail and investigative mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven collaboration skills and a proactive, accountable work ethic.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex policies and systems.
Preferred Experience: - 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Background in AML/KYC, customer due diligence, or regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with global KYC/CIP standards, especially in UK, US, Hong Kong, and Singapore contexts.
Education: - Bachelor's degree or higher.
