Your new role As FVP, Compliance Testing, you will lead the design and execution of compliance testing programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing risk-based compliance testing plans.
- Conducting reviews across business units to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Identifying gaps, escalating issues, and recommending remediation strategies.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Compliance, Audit, and Front Office teams.
- Preparing detailed reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance testing or audit within the banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of global banking regulations and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
