Overview:
The Project Finance Manager will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of project finance transactions within the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
This role involves managing complex financial models, negotiating financing terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
Your new role:
- Lead origination and executions of project finance transactions in infrastructure (transport, utilities, social infrastructure) and renewable energy (solar, wind, storage)
- Structure financing solutions including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments tailored to project needs.
- Build and review detailed project finance models to assess feasibility, returns, and risk.
- Negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and security documentation with sponsors and lenders.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, investors, advisors, and government agencies.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; CFA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project finance within banking or advisory
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in structuring and closing complex transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
