Our business partner is a top tier international bank who is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Lead in Transaction Banking to support the growth of Receivables Purchase, Supplier Finance, and related SCF programs.
Your new role
As a crucial member in the team, you will be accountable for revenue growth and client relationship development through effective structuring, deeper wallet penetration, and program scalability. This role also oversees a team of SCF market managers to ensure seamless client engagement. You will provide product expertise to internal stakeholders, ensuring focus on high-potential opportunities from the outset and contribute to deal structuring and risk assessments. You will also be the expert to lead client discussions to maximise program potential, setting clear targets, aligning teams, and establishing procurement processes and training.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to excel in this position, you will have at least 12+ years of regional or global experience in managing or selling SCF and Trade Finance solutions for leading banks. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese will be required. Expertise in relevant SCF products and trade knowledge would be required.
