Prepare and submit monthly regulatory financial returns (FRR-1, FRR-2, FRR-3, and FRR-4) in accordance with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Salary: HK$40k - HK$60k

  1. Prepare and submit monthly regulatory financial returns (FRR-1, FRR-2, FRR-3, and FRR-4) in accordance with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  2. Conduct regular stress testing on margin client portfolios to evaluate potential risk exposures under extreme market conditions and report findings to management.
  3. Monitor collateral values and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios in real time; set up alert mechanisms and take preventive actions to mitigate margin shortfall or default risks.
  4. Oversee daily cash position and liquidity management , review and approve fund transfers to ensure sufficient operational funding and compliance with internal policies.

Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution, with solid exposure to margin financing business ; candidates with options business experience will be an advantage.
  2. In-depth knowledge of SFC FRR regulatory framework , with proven experience in independent preparation and submission of FRR returns.
  3. Advanced Excel proficiency and strong ability to enhance reporting efficiency through automation tools or data analysis techniques.
  4. Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.
