Job Description: Support the Finance Manager in leading and developing a small accounting team. Prepare financial statements and management reports, providing insightful analysis of monthly performance deviations. Maintain framework of internal financial controls and policies. Guarantee adherence to all regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements through accurate and timely filings. Partner with departments such as Legal, HR, etc. to support business objectives. Salary: HKD50000.00 - HKD70000 per month

Job Description:

  • Support the Finance Manager in leading and developing a small accounting team.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports, providing insightful analysis of monthly performance deviations.
  • Maintain framework of internal financial controls and policies.
  • Guarantee adherence to all regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements through accurate and timely filings.
  • Partner with departments such as Legal, HR, etc. to support business objectives.
  • Handle ad hoc projects across APAC and Global.
  • Assist in ERP system implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as HKICPA, CPAA, etc.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting/ consolidations. Prior experience with audit firm is a must.
  • Project experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, collaboration, and team leadership.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
