Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for application and system implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Oversee vendor management activities, including selection, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Drive the planning and execution of mobile device deployments and hotel opening projects across regional and remote locations.
  • Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply best practices in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, ITIL) to ensure process efficiency and repeatability.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of proven experience in project and vendor management related to application development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in mobile device deployment, hotel opening projects or regional/remote project management
  • Strong budget management skills with experience in cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, Agile, and ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and service design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with gaming systems or gaming-related projects is an advantage.
