Your new role
- Formulate and execute wellness strategy for different business segments, setting strategic roadmaps, partnership plans, and curating personalized wellness journeys.
- Lead operations of the healthcare clinic, overseeing day-to-day management, P&L accountability, compliance, service excellence, and financial sustainability.
- Manage strategic partnerships and service providers across Hong Kong and China, ensuring alignment, operational effectiveness, and value delivery while optimizing costs and expanding reach.
- Drive promotional and engagement strategies, positioning the wellness center as a differentiator, developing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance customer and channel engagement.
- Provide team leadership and governance, building a high-performance wellness team, fostering innovation and customer-centricity, and implementing robust processes, KPIs, and scientific tracking systems for performance monitoring.
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate with 10+ years in the healthcare and wellness industry.
- Ability to design operations with a commercial orientation, apply data analytics, and stay ahead of global and local wellness trends.
- Strong skills in leading diverse teams, driving KPIs, and fostering collaboration across internal and external partnerships.
- Demonstrates ownership, proactiveness, adaptability under pressure, and a thoughtful approach from planning through monitoring.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to influence process change, and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
