Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SimCorp Dimension enhancements, covering five OTC asset classes across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
- Oversee all project streams (Front Office, IBOR, ABOR, Risk & Performance, Back Office & SWIFT), ensuring scope alignment, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
- Define and maintain project plans, deliverables, timelines, and risk registers in collaboration with PMO and governance structures.
- Coordinate functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes.
- Direct configuration, testing, validation, and UAT activities, ensuring consistency across modules and adherence to best practices.
- Manage go-live preparation, cutover execution, and post-implementation stabilisation, including hypercare and transition to BAU operations.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and decision materials to senior management and steering committees.
- Promote structured delivery methodologies, coach team members, and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 10 years of project management experience within asset management, investment operations, or financial systems.
- Proven track record of delivering SimCorp Dimension implementations or enhancements (end-to-end or major modules).
- Strong knowledge of investment processes including OTC derivatives, valuation, accounting, and settlement workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, and vendor teams under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing vendor deliverables, UAT cycles, and cutover activities.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong within a structured project delivery framework.
