  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, result-driven events and card acquisition campaigns to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate closely with partners and merchants for premium sourcing, offer liaison and for launch of the various acquisition & spending campaigns
  • Assist in monitoring budget & expenses, production, logistics, operations and manpower support, etc.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, business partners and merchants to optimize loyalty & reward programs, customer journeys, CRM systems, etc.
  • Be present in different events to oversee event operations and assist the team whenever required
  • Ensure acquisitions procedures and branding message are properly followed
  • Handle all customer enquiries and complaints when needed
  • Conduct briefing session and act as Key Contact Person in case of emergency
  • Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in Marketing or Event Management, is preferred
  • Good command of Korean language skills, is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Participate in any in-/out-door marketing events outside office hours
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
