- Close inbound and outbound deals through various channels: phone, email, WhatsApp.

- Acquire new clients in Hong Kong by attending events, networking with industry contacts, and converting leads into appointments.

- Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs and environments.

- Follow up on client quotations, orders, payments, and handle customer complaints.

- Conduct regular client visits, building strong, long-term relationships at all levels.

- Identify and leverage opportunities to boost sales and market penetration.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and assigned sales targets.

- Stay updated with the latest market information through comprehensive research.

- Review weekly progress alongside sales plans and activity reports with senior leadership.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales pipelines and data throughout the year.

- Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, strategies, and pricing.

- Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and determined to succeed.

- Strong knowledge of the food industry.

- Excellent team player with strong time management and multitasking skills.

- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English & French; Cantonese is a plus.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
